About The Position

Semi-professional clerical work which includes working in the Maintenance Department, assisting with the switchboard, Payroll/primary Timekeeper and purchasing in the Maintenance Department. filing, manage contracts for the orders placed. Enter and review employee schedules, leave slips, complete all Prior Period Adjustments and complete all required three parts as needed. Requirements

  • Two years of experience in administrative services.
  • Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Order supplies and return incorrect orders for credit.
  • Enter payroll in the payroll system, serve as the Timekeeper for the Maintenance Department and assist other department timekeepers as needed.
  • Assure all leave slips are signed and entered before entering into the Payroll System and returned to Human Resources.
  • Collaborates with the Facility Maintenance Manager for guidance and daily task.
  • Completes three parts to document ordered supplies and returns.
  • Assist the Mobile Operator 1 employee with scheduling doctors and other appointments for the Veterans, pick orders from local vendors, document findings and proposing plans of action to the Facility Maintenances Manager.
