About The Position

Intrinsic is an AI robotics group at Google aiming to reimagine the potential of industrial robotics. We are a dynamic team of engineers, roboticists, designers, and technologists who are passionate about unlocking the creative and economic potential of industrial robotics. As an Administrative Business Partner at Intrinsic, you are the strategic "bridge builder" at the intersection of our Engineering, R&D, and Commercial teams. Supporting three highly collaborative leaders, you act as an Impact Multiplier who synchronizes internal rhythms and serves as a vital liaison for high-stakes external partners and customers. Your mission is to build the "Automated Executive" by using AI and systems thinking to handle the "interruptions" (scheduling, travel, and routine comms), allowing you to focus on the "discretion"—navigating complex stakeholder relationships and preventing strategy collisions before they occur. Unlike a traditional gatekeeper, you are a facilitator who protects leadership bandwidth while ensuring the team remains accessible and mission-aligned.

Requirements

  • AI Proficiency: Demonstrable experience using LLMs (like Gemini) to automate manual workflows, draft high-stakes communications, and build "Persona Libraries".
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to identify patterns in organizational friction and implement scalable, automated solutions.
  • Strategic Liaison Skills: Experience managing high-stakes relationships with external partners and customers with high EQ and discretion.
  • Multi-Lead Prioritization: Proven ability to support multiple executives simultaneously without compromising quality or responsiveness.
  • Operational Mastery: Minimum of 5 years of direct executive support or program management experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Curiosity & Systems Thinking: A differentiator is the ability to use advanced features within Google Workspace (e.g., Gemini in Sheets) to analyze trends or identify "logistical bottlenecks" 48 hours before they occur.
  • AI Output Auditing: In high-stakes environments, the ability to audit AI outputs for "hallucinations" or tone-deafness is a critical moat that ensures communications remain professional and accurate.

Responsibilities

  • Synchronize High-Collaboration Teams: Connect the dots between Engineering, R&D, and Commercial workstreams to ensure alignment and prevent operational bottlenecks.
  • Manage High-Stakes External Moats: Act as a professional liaison for industrial partners and customers, ensuring external stakeholders feel heard and prioritized.
  • Build the Automated Executive: Develop and deploy Gemini prompts and automated workflows (Apps Script) to streamline travel, expenses, and routine communications.
  • Strategic Shadowing: Proactively analyze upcoming leadership cycles to identify "energy drains" or logistical bottlenecks 48 hours in advance.
  • Execute Strategic Partner Tasks: Manage complex facilities coordination and medium-to-large scale projects that sustain Intrinsic’s cultural and operational excellence.
