About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to provide clerical support to the Nursing Education Department and Staff Development Department by entering information in the training system and generate statistical reports for employee compliance with training. This position performs various administrative functions including, but not limited to: Providing information to callers, composing memos and training schedules, preparing sign in/out timesheets. This position also assists the Nursing Education Director in organizing nursing school orientations. Approve providers preparation for the NA I Program.

Requirements

  • High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of data management, programming and office software, including Microsoft applications.
  • Capable of researching, interpreting data, and applying policies to make sound decisions.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works well independently and builds effective relationships while adapting a new systems and processes.
