About The Position

Provide administrative support to departments and ensure efficient office operations. Coordinate scheduling, communications, and document management to support staff and management.

Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma; post-secondary certificate in office administration or related field is an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or clerical experience in an office environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and common office equipment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple duties simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information and professional work ethic.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage general reception duties.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, book meeting rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors for routine maintenance.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks, including expense reports and basic bookkeeping assistance.
