About The Position

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma in office administration, business administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two years experience providing executive-level administrative support.
  • Proficiency with office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and calendar systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple competing demands.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries and handle related logistics and expense reconciliation.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming inquiries, redirecting requests and following up on action items as required.
  • Coordinate and support meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, venue setup, and technology needs.
  • Maintain organized records and confidential files, ensuring information security and accessibility.
