The Little Lambs Administrative Assistant is responsible for typical administrative tasks and support to the Little Lambs Director. This role involves disseminating information via email/social media/text communication to parents and teachers, answering phone calls, routing emails, and preparing/editing documents. The assistant will also help with ordering and maintaining office and classroom supplies, responding to inquiries, and explaining rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. The principal duty of all employees is to assist in the mission of the Church in the Diocese of Fort Worth.
