We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our law firm with a minimum of 2 years prior law firm experience in an admin assistant or clerical position. In this role, your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, client filing (paper filing and electronic), monthly vendor bill paying, preparing monthly client billings, photocopying, document scanning, scheduling appointments, and all of the other normal responsibilities of a clerical / admin assistant in a small law firm setting. The ideal candidate is capable of multitasking, is highly organized with excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of Filevine file management software a plus.
