About The Position

This is a great opportunity to join Carrasco Wealth Management, a growing wealth team within Harbourfront Wealth Group, in a flexible part-time role of up to 19 hours per week depending on business needs. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the financial services industry while supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks and building practical skills in operations, organization, and data management. It’s an ideal entry point for someone early in their career who is interested in wealth management, with the chance to work alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to or interest in the financial services or wealth management industry
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic data entry, formatting, and simple formulas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members in a remote environment
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively while balancing priorities in a part-time role
  • A reliable, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), ensuring accuracy of data
  • Perform basic data entry and assist with tracking reports and records
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis
  • Organize and manage digital files and documents
  • Assist with compiling information and preparing simple reports
  • Help coordinate and schedule meetings or internal tasks if needed
  • Provide ad hoc support to the team as business needs evolve
