See www.whedco.org for more information. Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Network and Legally Exempt Enrollment programs. As a member of the team, the Administrative Assistant will assist to collaboratively collect and organize the provider intake, parent intake, children’s assessments, technical assistance for parents and providers, respond to inquiries, develop, and distribute materials for communication with parents and providers, timely data entry, follow up and other duties assigned to ensure services. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will support outreach activities for the training programs and focus groups and data entry assignments, generation of reports form our client tracking system, Doc Star and other clerical support duties as assigned.
