About The Position

Reporting to the Associate Manager, the Administrative Assistant role will be responsible for logging and assessing new group and amendment submissions and uploading the related documents into our various file explorer and internal applications. You will also provide various other immediate support to the Policy Services department as required.

  • Reliability Status Security Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment. Nice To Haves

  • A working knowledge of the following systems would be an asset: PAS, EAS, TSO, Internet, Outlook, Access and Excel
  • Experience within the Group Division would be a definite asset
  • Bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.

Responsibilities

  • Logging and assessing new group and amendment submissions for the purpose of loading the information onto our various benefit payment systems, document preparation and ordering printed booklet requests.
  • Provide various other immediate support to the Policy department as required.
