About The Position

Execute all administrative support requirements inherent to, and including, the manufacture of components, parts, and kits for aircraft as well as other related duties as assigned by GFT senior staff.

Demonstrated experience in data applications, word processing, and the use of standard office machinery.
Possesses and excels in all attributes, qualifications, and physical requirements inherent to the Fabricator position.

Superior interpersonal skills, i.e., the ability to effectively interact with people regardless of socio-economic level and/or challenge(s).

Responsibilities

Demonstrates computer literacy in all applicable software.
Processes production related information for reporting and publication.
Sets and maintains current reference files on all Admin documentation
Accomplishes ongoing Administrative and Human Resource training to ensure development of individual skills.
Assists Top Management as directed.
Prepares and submits detailed and accurate reports to the Director as requested.
Manages payroll system inputs & corrections, orders office supplies and conducts other recurring support tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Effectively utilizes constructive interpersonal skills.
Effectively employs risk management, creativity, initiative, and attention to detail in the support and attainment of GFT goals.
Regular attendance and punctuality is mandatory with availability to work overtime as determined by the Plant Manager.
Demonstrates and inspires commitment to the Goodwill Mission.
