This is an Non-Exempt , Service Contract Act (SCA) Position; Health & Welfare Benefits are paid in cash Pay: Hourly W-2 This role provides administrative and systems support to facilities maintenance and engineering operations supporting Bureau of Prisons (BOP) environments. The position is highly systems‑driven and focused on maintaining accurate records, routing actions through approval workflows, and tracking maintenance, financial, and administrative activities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of administrative or program support experience.
  • No prior Felonies
  • No Family Members currently incarcerated in the US Prison System
  • Experience working within enterprise administrative or tracking systems.
  • Experience supporting high‑volume administrative workflows.
  • Experience with federal financial or procurement systems (UFMS, FMIS, IFMIS, or similar).
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting facilities, engineering, or maintenance operations.
  • Experience with CMMS or facilities maintenance systems.
  • Experience supporting federal or government administrative environments.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain records within enterprise administrative, financial, or facilities management systems.
  • Track work requests, maintenance activities, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Route administrative actions, approvals, and documentation through established workflows.
  • Maintain logs, reports, and tracking systems to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with facilities staff, engineering teams, vendors, and program staff.
  • Process administrative documentation including requisitions, purchase requests, and invoices.
  • Maintain organized project files and administrative records.
  • Generate reports and provide status updates to leadership.
