About The Position

Seeking a proposal assistant to be responsible for proposal drafting for engineering projects. This role involves organizing project information from the sales and operations teams and inputting it into a pre-made template to generate an official proposal. The position requires strong, professional communication skills via phone, virtual platforms, in-person, and email. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, able to take direction, ask questions when needed, and be comfortable with a manager not physically located in the office. This position is based in the Houston office but managed remotely from the Orlando office.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass background and drug screen
  • Must have very strong, professional communication skills both via phone, virtual platforms, in person, and over email
  • Must be self-driven with the ability to take direction, ask questions when needed and be comfortable having a manager who is not physically located at that office will be crucial.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus but not required.
