UnbridledACTS is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Administrative Assistant & Program Coordinator to join our growing team. This role supports the Director of Operations in the Cañon City office and is essential to ensuring our programs run smoothly and with excellence. Ideal candidates should bring a welcoming demeanor, positive attitude, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership over their work, following tasks through to completion and communicating proactively as needs shift. To succeed in this role, the coordinator must be well-organized, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with strong written and verbal communication skills. This position serves as primary program support, owning day-to-day administrative needs while partnering closely with the Director of Operations as UnbridledACTS programs grow and evolve. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their nonprofit career who is eager to make a real impact and grow alongside a dynamic, hardworking, and fun-loving team. As UnbridledACTS anticipates the launch of a major childcare initiative in Cañon City—including the development of a nonprofit-run childcare center—this role will play an important supportive part in early development and coordination as the project grows. This role will also include limited communications and social media support for Unbridled’s for-profit hospitality outlets, offering variety for candidates who enjoy both mission-driven and brand-focused work.
