Under general direction, this role coordinates placement, onboarding, education, and management activities for nursing/clinical support staff, students, and/or other personnel, functioning within the health care system's policies and procedures. The Program Coordinator demonstrates partnership, collaboration, and accountability, and is critical to the program's success by managing multiple activities simultaneously. Responsibilities include coordinating and building relationships with managers and clinical departments across the health system for clinical staff/students and nursing/clinical support staff education related to programmatic activities.
