About The Position

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to an individual or department. Also serves as office manager for the CareBridge Nashville location(s). This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Requirements

  • Requires a HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years administrative experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Microsoft office Outlook, Teams, and some Excel is needed.

Responsibilities

  • Insure office operations are running smoothly; troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Maintains general files, orders supplies, screens phone calls and coordinates meetings; processes and incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Compiles and distributes meeting minutes.
  • Coordinates travel plans and submits expense reports.
  • Compiles, collates, assembles meeting/presentation materials.
  • Utilizes various software packages to produce professional quality reports, letters, presentations and other documents.
  • Performs various technical support duties such as information gathering, reporting, tracking and researching.
  • Support vendor and facility relationships.
  • Organizes chart up-dates.
  • Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures.
