We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and dedicated Temporary Administrative Assistant - Marketing Communications to join our team reporting to the Director of Executive Administration and IT.

Requirements

  • A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with various aspects of marketing, writing, editing, assistance with event planning, fundraising activities, social media, WordPress and other duties as directed by supervisor.
  • Managing menus, categories, tags, and page hierarchies to ensure the site is easy to navigate.
  • Organizing images and videos, ensuring they are properly named and compressed before being uploaded.
  • Testing and maintaining contact forms, lead captures, and ensuring entries are being delivered correctly to the right email addresses.
