About The Position

Summary: Administrative Assistant II provides mid-level administrative support with increased responsibility and autonomy. This role supports departmental operations, coordinates meetings and communications, and handles more complex tasks requiring judgment and initiative. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics. Prepare reports, presentations, and departmental communications. Maintain databases and track departmental metrics. Assist with onboarding and training coordination for new employees. Liaise between departments to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor and reconcile department budgets or expenses. Provide support for internal audits or compliance documentation. Education and Experience Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or GED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with manufacturing or HVAC terminology and workflows. Requires critical thinking, multitasking, and handling confidential information. Work Environment: Must be able to sit for long periods. Use a computer extensively. Office-based with occasional visits to production areas. May interact with vendors, contractors, or external partners. Occasionally lift up to 25lbs.
