About The Position

The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is looking for a master in customer service with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. This position performs administrative duties as directed by a supervisor or administrator, including general office duties, research and gathers data for preparation of various reports and special projects. In this role, you will also review/monitor amounts expended from the budget to assure that expenditures do not exceed funds available at the Arizona State Prison Complex (ASPC) - Safford.

  • Possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver’s license, complete all required training, and successfully pass all necessary driver’s license record checks.
  • Successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify).

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of computer programs, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Two-three (2-3) years of administrative experience reporting to a manager or administrator

Responsibilities

  • Performs general office duties

  • Drives on State business
  • Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment
