This role involves a wide range of secretarial and administrative support tasks for assigned staff, supervisory, and management personnel. Responsibilities include managing communications, scheduling, record-keeping, budget assistance, purchasing processes, inventory management, travel arrangements, data compilation, payroll record maintenance, and general office support.
