Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and files efficiently.
  • Prioritize tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle unexpected issues and find effective solutions quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Word and support engineering document creation, proofreading, editing, processing as requested by staff.
  • Technical resource for Adobe, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other MS Office software as needed.
  • Demonstrates a broad company knowledge which includes corporate policies and procedures, organizational structure, corporate goals.
  • Resource expert on Records Center document submittal and processing (FSANPEXP Workflow).

Responsibilities

  • Handle intermediate administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide phone coverage and route technical issues appropriately.
  • Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, charts, and graphs.
  • Maintain databases and organize both electronic and paper files.
  • Manage office supply orders, facility requests, and equipment repairs.
  • Arrange travel, schedule meetings, and support calendar management.
  • Assist with expense reconciliation and monthly report preparation.
  • Make outbound customer calls as directed.
  • Support meeting logistics and may take notes.
  • Supports the Site Department Manager and engineering staff of BWR Core Design (FDC-AR).
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Word and support engineering document creation, proofreading, editing, processing as requested by staff.
  • Technical resource for Adobe, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other MS Office software as needed.
  • Prepares relatively simple spreadsheets, enters and manipulates data, and produces reports.
  • Coordinates with and works with the other admins.
  • Requisition supplies, printing services, equipment maintenance, etc., for the department’s work area.
  • Demonstrates a broad company knowledge which includes corporate policies and procedures, organizational structure, corporate goals.
  • Resource expert on Records Center document submittal and processing (FSANPEXP Workflow).
  • Share ownership of issuing design and licensing reports on time and error free.
  • Asset management tasks (initiates purchase process for new assets, manages the department items in the asset tracking system, administering timely disposal and replacement of assets).
  • Specific FDC-AR Administrative Support: Staff and Visitor coordination for travel, meeting, scheduling, etc. as needed.
  • New employee assimilation - help with computer hardware, phone, office.
  • Support for hosted meetings in Richland (meeting rooms, refreshments, etc).
  • Communications to the department.
  • Special purchases.
  • Helping employees with administrative procedures.
