About The Position

Montreal Bronze is an established supplier of quality bronze marine valves used in many naval and commercial ships, plus the nuclear industry. Montreal Bronze is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, the Administrative Assistant performs various clerical tasks and functions. They assist and support office employees, as needed, in the completion of their tasks from duties such as billing, invoicing, data entry, miscellaneous procurement etc. Candidates will possess excellent communication skills, teamwork qualities and attention to detail.

  • Bilingual: French and English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Enter data into the company's client files
  • Enter data into the company's supplier records
  • Sort and file various documents
  • Respond to or forward, as needed, emails and faxes
  • Assist internal and external clients with their administrative requests
  • Ensure that all required documentation is complete and well-written
  • Support miscellaneous procurement activities
  • Perform any other related tasks associated with the position
