Responsible for supporting the administrative assistant team in assigned region. This role involves preparing transactions on the Trust system for client accounts, updating paper and electronic files, processing mail, and closing client accounts. The position also includes preparing recurring client bills, updating beneficiary designation forms, and providing backup support for the front desk, closing client accounts, and scanning/copying documents for the 1st Source Foundation. Additionally, the role may assist the Estate Team on an as-needed basis and requires regular and predictable attendance, completion of compliance training, and understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
