We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated administrative assistant to provide administrative support to senior HR leaders. To thrive in this role, you must be a self-starter, adaptable to change, able to handle confidential information and be able to effectively communicate with internal and external executives, while remaining approachable to fellow associates. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be essential in building a true partnership with the leaders and associates you support. Together, you will drive value, making a significant impact on the organization. At Securian Financial, the internal title for this role is Administrative Business Partner Specialist. Securian Financial believes in hybrid work as an integral part of our culture. Associates get the benefit of working both virtually and in our offices. If you’re within a commutable distance (90 minutes), you’ll join us 3 days each week in our offices to collaborate and build relationships. Our policy allows flexibility for the reality of business and personal schedules.
