About The Position

Fit Franchise Brands is hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our Director of Franchise Operations. This is an in-person role working 15-20 hours per week at our Manalapan, NJ office. You will be the organizational backbone of our franchise operations team: keeping records accurate, events running smoothly, and communications on track. If you love bringing order to busy environments and take pride in the details, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or similar experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Comfort learning and working in tools like Asana, DocuSign, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
  • Discretion in handling confidential business information
  • A proactive, service-minded attitude

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize franchise management records, including entity information, lease dates, and linked documents
  • Prepare documents and signing workflows in DocuSign
  • Launch and manage project templates in Asana
  • Support franchise transfers: schedule closings, send welcome gifts, coordinate vendor introductions, and file finalized documents
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to voicemails
  • Print and prepare materials for trainings and in-office events
  • Prepare invitations and reminders for ongoing trainings
  • Prepare and send surveys; compile responses
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events
  • Manage internal apparel and inventory ordering
  • Own and continuously improve our filing systems
  • Handle email follow-ups as directed
