About The Position

ProSidian seeks an Administrative Assistant/Coordinator for Program Support on a SCA – Service Contract Act / Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) Basis for Working On-Site (Client Site) in The Southeast | South Atlantic | CONUS Area (Aiken, South Carolina). This role is contract contingent and generally located across the Aiken, South Carolina region, supporting a High-hazard nuclear cleanup environment requiring disciplined staffing, safety, quality, security, and regulatory compliance. The Administrative Assistant/Coordinator is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Administrative Specialist I and is principally focused on ProSidian Strategic Resourcing and Professional Staff Augmentation for Administrative and Executive Assistance Solutions and Services. Candidates with relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Experience are sought to support professional services engagement for clients such as SRMC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position, though ProSidian reserves the right to convert it to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The role provides administrative support activities through planning, analysis, coordination, documentation, compliance, quality assurance, and stakeholder support, keeping the organization moving by coordinating information, schedules, meetings, travel, documents, and administrative workflows.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of professional, administrative, secretarial or clerical experience related to the position’s responsibilities or; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Microsoft Office; databases; spreadsheets; presentations; document control; meeting, event and travel coordination; reporting
  • Organization; written and oral communication; confidentiality; teamwork; prioritization; multitasking; time management
  • Interpersonal skills including the ability to work with all levels within the organization
  • Communication skills to effectively communicate both orally and in writing

  • Knowledge of personal computers and applications included in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Provides a variety of clerical and administrative assistance
  • Completes tasks such as gathering, composing, tracking, tabulating, summarizing, and organizing information
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, special events or travel arrangements
  • Utilizes personal computers or electronic devices including keyboarding, databases, spreadsheets, presentation, conversion software, document control or other applications/programs specific to SRR
  • Instructs, informs or refers others on department or company procedures and practices
  • Assists in control or prescribed work activities
  • Compiles and performs basic analysis, prepares reports, presentations and/or recommendations
  • Serves as administrative liaison within the department and business unit
  • Other duties as assigned
