About The Position

Join the team at ARIA as an Administrative Assistant, where you’ll play a key role behind the scenes in bringing exceptional events to life. In this position, you’ll provide vital administrative and clerical support, helping ensure every detail is organized, seamless, and executed to ARIA’s high standard of service.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of prior relevant experience in a related position, or equivalent education and experience
  • Proficient knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as standard office equipment
  • Excellent organizational skills, with particular attention to detail
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with managers to fully understand each assigned program
  • Handle catering inquiries through phone and email communication with clients
  • Complete and share reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Maintain files and manage access to sensitive and confidential information
  • Deliver exceptional service that aligns with the property's core service standards and brand
