Under the direct supervision of the Director of Intensive Family Preservation and the Director of Permanency Services, the Administrative Assistant supports each program in a professional manner, providing a variety of clerical services to assist the programs’ operations. This role requires professionalism, initiative, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions. The incumbent will be responsible for data entry, processing referrals, scheduling appointments, preparing files for audits, managing office supplies, and serving as a point of contact for various requests.
