About The Position

Responsible for all aspects of registration, record keeping, and billing for subsidized child care clients. This role involves effectively completing the registration of children, including accurate communication with parents, ensuring all necessary paperwork (contract, food form) is completed, and entering data into EZCare to create/edit client files. The position also requires participation as a team member in general office duties such as filing, covering the switchboard, copying, and typing. The Administrative Assistant will uphold the Archway Programs Code of Ethics policy and participate in weekly Operations Meetings. They will provide effective customer service to clients requesting information or clarification, sort and open office mail, and complete daily deposits for subsidy clients. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining Reach Voucher Vendor attendance sheets, ensuring accurate reimbursement from county agencies by reviewing accounts and revenue, and reporting monthly revenues and client status to the director. The position requires providing registration materials, oversight of account status, customer service, and managing individual county contracts for all subsidy clients, while understanding all county requirements regarding subsidized care and paperwork. The Administrative Assistant will act as a liaison between Just Kids and county offices regarding subsidized childcare and perform other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively complete registration of children including accurate communication with parents, ensuring completed paperwork, i.e. contract, food form, and entering data into EZCare to create / edit files.
  • Participate as a team member in the completion of general office duties including such items as filling, coverage on the switchboard, copying and typing.
