About The Position

This is a Temporary position who will report to the Administrative Supervisor. Heidelberg Materials is one of the world’s largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.

Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile invoices, manage payment requests and vendor payments, and complete month-end accruals to support accurate financial reporting.
  • Coordinate purchase orders and vendor documentation while maintaining accurate inventory, procurement, and system records through regular reconciliations and data validation.
  • Partner with operations, plant, and vendor teams to resolve discrepancies, support inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient invoice processing and payment workflows.
  • Manage daily invoicing, credits, re-bills, and project setup and maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely customer billing.
  • Perform data entry, reception coverage, and general administrative duties to support business operations.
