Under the direction of the Administrative Manager/Executive Assistant to the Department Chair, and in collaboration with the Building Coordinator, this role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for departmental offices, MAE spaces, and Scott Laboratory. This position manages the day-to-day office operations of administrative offices, including workflow coordination and office coverage. It also assists with space utilization, asset management, and building access control. The role serves as a primary point of contact for faculty, staff, students, and building occupants, collaborating with departmental leadership, Facilities Operations and Development (FOD), vendors, and campus partners to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations.
