Requirements

  • Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Meet the PA residency requirement.
  • Be able to perform essential job functions.
  • Pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process Participating Provider Agreement (PPA) vendor invoices and maintain accurate payment records
  • Assist with developing, reviewing, and maintaining provider agreements and contract documents
  • Track program files, update electronic spreadsheets, and organize fiscal documents
  • Maintain information in the TB invoicing system and coordinate updates with technical staff
  • Respond to inquiries from staff and providers regarding billing, services, and procedures
  • Prepare purchase documents, maintain expenditures for drug orders and physician billing, and analyze budget trends to assist with forecasting
