This position provides administrative support to the Training Section by organizing surveys, preparing reports, coordinating course materials, and assisting with statewide training processes. As an Administrative Assistant 1, you will perform the following duties: Survey Support: Disseminate survey tools, collect responses, and organize data for reporting Course Materials: Maintain course catalogs and files to ensure training resources remain current Instructor Review: Examine instructor credentials and prepare required documents for contracting Audit Coordination: Manage audit schedules, track results, and support corrective actions LMS Assistance: Serve as a point of contact for Learning Management System inquiries and provide user support Training Logistics: Arrange venues, materials, equipment, and supplies for in person training sessions.
