Administration Assistant
About The Position
Provide a warm welcome to children and families while supporting your centre team. This role involves supporting the Centre Director to prioritize and build the centre’s attendance pipeline, delivering a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner, performing key business administration tasks, and building and maintaining strong relationships with families. The centre is an 85-place, Exceeding-rated centre known for consistent high standards, well located close to shops, cafes and public transport links. It has a stable team supported by long-standing leadership committed to coaching and development, with the Director having been with the service for over 9 years. The centre prioritizes inclusive practice and strong family partnerships.
Requirements
- Business administration experience
- Experience in customer service or front office reception
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to adapt to in-house systems
- Current WA Working with Children Check
