This role is for an Administration Assistant who will provide a warm welcome to children and families while supporting the centre team. The position involves supporting the Centre Director to prioritize and build the centre’s attendance pipeline, delivering a high standard of customer service, performing key business administration tasks, and building and maintaining strong relationships with families. The role requires flexibility to work across two locations: Goodstart Mentone (4 days a week) and Goodstart Beaumaris (once a week). Both centres operate Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm and offer high-quality early learning, long day care, and funded kindergarten programs. The Administration Assistant will be the first point of contact for families and visitors, ensuring smooth administrative operations and excellent customer service.
