Requirements

  • Diploma in IT, telecommunications, industrial systems, or equivalent.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in systems/networks administration, ideally in a critical environment (OT, industrial, railway, energy, transport).
  • Windows, Windows Server and Linux;
  • Active Directory (GPO, DNS, etc.);
  • Virtualization (VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V).
  • IP/MPLS, VLAN, QoS, Spanning-Tree, 802.1X;
  • Firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, Cisco);
  • Network supervision (PRTG, Zabbix).
  • OPC UA, Modbus TCP;
  • PIS, CCTV, ISM, access control;
  • Radio (TETRA).
  • OT Cybersecurity hardening servers & equipment;
  • Identity management;
  • Network segmentation;
  • Vulnerability analysis;
  • Knowledge of IEC 62443 standard (asset).
  • Ability to work in a highly regulated and secure environment;
  • Rigor, autonomy, sense of priorities;
  • Proficiency in documentation and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain servers (Windows, Windows Server, Linux);
  • Administer Active Directory (domain controllers, GPO, OU, service accounts);
  • Ensure management of hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V) and virtual machines;
  • Supervise backups, restores, and DR/BCP;
  • Apply security patches and updates according to industrial constraints;
  • Document architectures, configurations, and procedures;
  • Operate and maintain IP/MPLS, VLAN, QoS, routing, switching networks;
  • Configure and maintain firewalls, ACLs, network segmentation. Ensure network supervision (NMS, SNMP);
  • Diagnose and resolve level 2/3 incidents;
  • Provide technical support for PIS, CCTV, ISM, access control systems;
  • Participate in support for OPC, Modbus, and other communications;
  • Ensure the availability of industrial application servers;
  • Apply OT security policies (IEC 62443);
  • Participate in hardening of servers, network equipment, and OT workstations;
  • Manage certificates, privileged accounts, security logs;
  • Contribute to audits, risk analyses, and action plans;
  • Ensure the compliance of access and network flows.
