About The Position

This Administrator – New Business position at iA Financial Group offers a key role in contributing to the client experience and implementing new insurance policies. Requirements

  • Possesses a DEC or a bachelor's degree or any other relevant training.
  • Possesses two (2) years of relevant experience or in a similar role.
  • Is recognized for precision and rigor in data entry and processing.
  • Stands out for autonomy and sense of responsibility.
  • Demonstrates a great capacity for adaptation in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Intermediate knowledge of English as the person will be required to read and write communications and process documentation with English-speaking partners or stakeholders on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Open client files and enter new policies into the systems.
  • Analyze, validate, and investigate files as needed to ensure compliance.
  • Process tariff decisions rigorously and efficiently.
  • Validate approved policies before sending to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Submit required corrections for non-compliant contracts and ensure exemplary quality service.
  • Print and send documents, in paper version or via the portal, according to requirements.
