About The Position

This is a temporary assignment that will go from July-October. The role involves assisting with catering for corporate training sessions, meetings, and social events. Responsibilities include working with building services, vendors, and suppliers, creating security badges for new hires and deactivating them for termed employees, placing orders for office and kitchen supplies, and sorting, distributing, and managing mail for the corporate office and operating companies. The position also requires helping with restocking kitchens and pantries as needed.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in an office environment
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, and carry 15 pounds, reach, push a cart and pull
  • 1-2 years of Admin or office assistant experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Familiar with ordering office equipment
