We are seeking an extraordinary Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders within the Apple Operations organization in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant in Apple Operations, you will be the organizational backbone for our senior leaders, ensuring their days run seamlessly. You will navigate a rapidly changing environment with calm confidence, handling highly sensitive information with absolute discretion. Beyond traditional administrative duties, you act as a strategic partner—gatekeeping executive schedules, anticipating needs, and orchestrating complex logistics to empower the team to do their best work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent professional background.
  • Experience in an assistant role supporting senior leaders within a high-tech environment.
  • Ability to creatively solve complex logistical puzzles and navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Proficiency in managing high-volume expense reports, purchase requisitions, and travel logistics.
  • Track record of maintaining composure during high-stress situations while handling confidential materials.
  • Expertise in building or supporting the development of presentations for senior management.
  • Capacity to influence cross-functional teams and build reciprocal relationships across diverse organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meticulously scheduling meetings and defending executives' time by confidently prioritizing requests.
  • Orchestrate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements to ensure seamless itineraries.
  • Plan and execute team events and offsite meetings, managing everything from catering to complex logistics.
  • Execute essential administrative operations, including initiating purchase requisitions, processing expense reports, and ordering office supplies.
  • Drive onboarding logistics for new hires, including equipment setup and facilities requests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence outcomes and build compelling presentations for senior management.
  • Safeguard highly confidential and sensitive organizational information.
