About The Position

This position is for an Adjunct Teaching role in the English Department, specifically to teach ENGL 495: Literary Studies Senior Capstone for Independent Study-University. The role involves providing timely and constructive feedback on student work, grading assignments within 7 days, and fostering a positive and inclusive online learning environment. Requirements

• PhD in Literature, American Studies, or related field.
• The required degree must be completed by the start date.
• College-level literature course instruction.
• Minimum two semesters of teaching experience.
• Proficiency in using technology and learning management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and careful about time management.
• Must relocate and/or reside in Utah for the duration of employment.
• Successful candidates are expected to support and contribute to the academic and religious missions of the university within the context of the principles and doctrines of the affiliated church.
