The BYU Center for the Improvement of Teacher Education and Schooling (CITES) is seeking a three-quarter-time adjunct faculty member to work with Dr. Bryant Jensen to support research within CITES. Grounded in the belief that teaching is a moral endeavor, our research will examine school leadership, instructional improvement, teacher preparation, and professional development with a focus on strengthening relationships and educational outcomes. Guided by the principle of simultaneous renewal and inspired by faith in Jesus Christ, CITES research will promote rigorous inquiry, reflection, and action to foster lasting improvements for students, families, educators, and schools.
