About The Position

Springfield Technical Community College (STCC) is seeking candidates for a candidate pool for Adjunct Instructor, Criminal Justice positions for the 2023-2024 school year. Adjunct Instructor positions are part-time, semester-to-semester, non-benefited MCCC/MTA/DCE unit positions. This posting is for a candidate pool for anticipated vacancies. The role involves teaching a standard range of courses expected in the first two years of a degree program in the field.

Requirements

• Master's degree within the field or 18 credits of graduate level work specific to the field.
• College teaching experience, high school teaching experience, or adult education experience.
• All candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Candidates for employment should be aware that all STCC employees are required to complete Information Awareness Security Training within thirty days of their orientation date and annually thereafter.
