Springfield Technical Community College (STCC) is seeking candidates for an Adjunct Instructor, Art position. Requirements

Master's degree within the field or 18 credits of graduate level work specific to the field.
College teaching experience, high school teaching experience, or adult education experience.
All candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Candidates for employment should be aware that all STCC employees are required to complete Information Awareness Security Training within thirty days of their orientation date and annually thereafter.

Responsibilities

Teaches a standard range of courses expected in the first two years of a degree program in the field.
Conducts classes.
Prepares for instruction.
Assesses student performance.
Provides student assistance by appointment.
Engages in professional development and required trainings.
Attends a limited number of faculty meetings.
