Requirements

  • You have a college degree in office technology, administration, or equivalent
  • You have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
  • You have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in French and English
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook
  • You must be a team player, known for your dynamism, strong interpersonal relations, judgment, and organizational skills
  • You have the ability to assess and manage business priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • You have experience in project management
  • You have a strong sense of confidentiality
  • You like to have several continuous mandates

Responsibilities

  • Manage the agenda and book travel arrangements for the HR Vice-president and his leaders
  • Coordinate daily activities, determine important matters regarding the incoming information, and schedule meetings
  • Review the governance and make recommendations to improve its effectiveness
  • Schedule meetings and prepare necessary material
  • Work on projects related to HR and prepare presentations as needed
  • On behalf of the HR Vice-president and his leaders, you will communicate with senior management and other organizations
  • Prepare and consolidate expense reports and other financial documents
  • Prepare all types of documents, such as correspondence, reports, memos, etc., in the required styles and formats
  • Update organizational charts
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail; Write internal and external correspondence in both French and English
  • You will be responsible for activities related to the budget and all other special projects, social and recognition activities, and you will participate in them
  • This position requires 5 days a week in the office
