Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One (1) year of experience in general office administrative duties, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with an insurance company, broker or consultant preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
  • File documents, maintain and track suspense files, and make photocopies.
  • Provide back-up telephone support.
  • Process invoices and billings.
  • Maintain records, including unit attendance records, library, and/or manuals.
  • Record meeting minutes.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Maintain adequate supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Support the organization's quality program(s).
