Addiction and Recovery Program Manager
About The Position
Grace Community Care & Homes is developing its Addiction Treatment and Recovery department and seeks an Addiction and Recovery Program Manager. The role will contribute to person-centered services, reliable operations, and accurate documentation. This is a planned role, and the start date and duties are contingent on applicable program approvals, funding, credentialing, and staffing readiness. Services may begin only within the approved scope. The position is located in New Jersey, with administrative coordination through Grace and on-site or community assignments as applicable. This is a part-time role, and the final assignment and weekly schedule will be discussed during hiring. Clinical services begin only at approved locations and within the program's authorized scope.
Requirements
- Addiction or behavioral-health program management experience
- Role-appropriate education and credentials
- Familiarity with OBAT and OORP models
- Provide relevant credentials, experience, availability and a resume
- Final regulatory eligibility will be verified before appointment or service delivery
Responsibilities
- Plan recovery services
- Establish partnerships and supervision
- Coordinate navigator and peer teams
- Monitor documentation and outcomes
- Track program authorization requirements
- Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams
- Maintain confidentiality
- Respect participant choice
- Communicate service gaps promptly
- Follow role-specific policies and professional scope
- Participate in orientation, competency review and quality improvement
