Requirements
- Enrolled at the University level and pursuing a Bachelor of Mathematics, with a major in Actuarial Science
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge and understanding of actuarial concepts at a level commensurate with applicant's educational experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Nice To Haves
- Experience using GGY AXIS and/or Prophet
- Programming experience in VBA
- Passed at least one SOA exam
Responsibilities
- Experience studies, including preparation of experience analysis reports
- Preparation and analysis of premium reset exercises using Excel and GGY AXIS
- Risk limit monitoring and reporting
- Development of analysis tools to support inforce management activities
- Running actuarial models in Excel and/or Prophet
