About The Position
Pacific Coast Post-Acute, a skilled nursing facility in Salinas, is seeking a creative, high-energy Activity Assistant to help enrich the lives of seniors. The role works with the Activity Director to lead an engaging activities program that keeps residents involved through physical, mental, and social programs. The position is full-time and has an evening shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Plan and lead daily group activities and special events.
- Provide one-on-one support to encourage resident participation.
- Ensure all programs follow state and federal regulations.
