Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience directing individual and group activities.
- Prior healthcare experience.
- Valid Virginia driver’s license.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse types of people.
- Leadership skills.
