Activities Leader
About The Position
The Activities Leader assists in planning and implementing resident activities in a skilled nursing facility as part of an activity team. The role includes planning and delivering person-specific programming, such as one-to-one interventions and small and large group activities. The Activities Leader documents participation and attendance, evaluates residents’ activity plans, and completes assessments as indicated by the care plan schedule. The ideal candidate is outgoing, patient, positive, and works well with older adults. Computer skills are required; previous activities experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
